Commercial Medium & Heavy-Duty Truck Business Development Representative

  • Utilizing different marketing initiatives to grow the customer base.

  • Handle all customer inquiries with a focus on 100% customer satisfaction.

  • Receive inbound calls on commercial trucks with a goal to establish a firm appointment date and time from each prospect.

  • Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from customers and providing general or related vehicle sales information.

  • Maintain and communicate exceptional product and inventory knowledge to our customers.

  • Spec & price trucks to our customers in a timely fashion, with best practice follow-up process.

  • Meets & exceeds our dealerships and manufactures objectives in training & sales.

  • Exceptional Oral and Written Communication Skills via phone, one-on-one and online are a must.

  • Proficient in basic math and writing skills.

  • Proven customer service track record or clear desire to provide next level customer service.

  • Comfortable & Confident in a high paced, competitive environment.

  • Must be ready to come in and learn product knowledge training day one.

Outside Parts Sales Representative

  • Identify maximum sales volume and develop realistic sales projections for assigned accounts.

  • Oversee operations of assigned accounts. Advise or assist customers/clients in areas including inventory selection and control, service availability, new products and services.

  • Take orders, introduce new products and promotions, reemphasize existing products and services and provide literature as necessary.

  • Interact with key stakeholders on an ongoing basis, to include calling current and prospective accounts.

  • Complete weekly customer call sheets, including written summary of calls made, action items and deliverables.

  • Maintain and monitor personal expenses within the approved expense budget and submit weekly expense reports for approval.

  • Investigate and refer customer complaints to the appropriate Department Manager and/or Branch Manager.

  • Provide assistance to counter personnel with orders, deliveries, returns, inventory and other tasks as needed.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
